I have stayed in slot of motels during my travels. I have found this hotel to be very friendly and helpful, although the laundry staff could use a little more courtesy and respect when talking to the customers. That be they surely must do something about. They will lose so many great guests because of her. Other than that I find the Empress motel to be very good.
Nice place. Clean rooms, beautiful pool, grounds are well kept. Staff at hand is always willing to help you out if they can. The best mom and pop motel in Pinellas. Fair prices with a laundry and soda machines. Great location and close to Cresent Lake, and stores. A place to stay for sure.
It was the worst experience of any hotel ever stayed in in St Pete over 7-year period. I've paid money to the front desk and there is thieves stealing money off the front desk register. They can't keep their balances right for what's paid It's been the worst hotel experience I've ever had my life. Don't ever stay at Empress Hotel. no tell motel. One of their employees actually went to jail and they acted like it didn't even happen and they're still charging people full amount like nothing was stolen. Con artists
This was actually very nice outside of my expected belief. I'm glad I was placed in the situation to stay there. It was very well worth it and for me to say I will stay again. Means a lot. Staff the room and location was amazing. I 5 star this Especially for the price.
